What I Do
I take the document you already have and deliver an accessible version — with correct semantic structure, proper markup, and compliance with required technical standards.
What you receive:
- Correct reading order definition;
- Markup of headings, lists, and tables;
- Alternative text for images and graphics;
- Language configuration and document metadata;
- Accessible form fields (when applicable);
- Verification with tools like PAC 2024 and Adobe Acrobat Accessibility Checker

Document Types
I work with the most common formats in organizations' daily routine:
- PDF: the most requested and the most complex to get right;
- Word (.docx): remediation at the source, before generating the PDF;
- PowerPoint (.pptx): slides with reading order and alternative text;
- Excel (.xlsx): data tables with proper semantic markup.
When does it make sense to hire this service?
If your organization needs to publish accessible documents — due to legal obligation, contract, or conviction — and the internal workflow doesn't consistently produce them yet, remediation is the most direct path.
It also makes sense when there's a backlog of already published documents that need to be corrected.
